We design governance frameworks and organisational structures that reflect how things actually work, not how they should on paper. This includes decision-making frameworks, organisational design, and the policies and procedures that make operations coherent and resilient. The frameworks around people need to be both legally sound and operationally real. We develop HR frameworks, employment policies, job descriptions and safeguarding structures that hold, shaped alongside the people who will use them.

Implementation & Embedding

Designing a framework is only part of the work. We support organisations through implementation, embedding new structures in practice, training staff, and staying available as an external resource as things take root. This can mean accompanying an organisation operationally over time: sitting alongside leaders through complex people matters, conducting investigations or interviews, producing reports that inform decisions, or being the independent reference point when something arises that requires outside judgment.

Some of the most significant challenges in organisations are not visible in their structures or policies. They live in the patterns, dynamics, and relationships that shape how things actually function. We work with leaders, founders, and teams who want to explore and address what is not immediately visible: the loyalties, tensions, and threads that influence decisions, culture, and direction. This work can be pursued in a professional context or as a more personal, vocational inquiry.
